About Ridgeline

An information service, not a research organization. Here is exactly what that means, who does the work, and where our involvement stops.

Why we exist

We were the people making those calls

Ridgeline Clinical Research was set up in 2023 by two people who had spent the previous decade doing patient recruitment inside contract research organizations. The pattern that made them leave was always the same: a person fills in a form hoping to find a study, their details are sold to four or five buyers, and they spend the next two weeks fielding calls from companies they have never heard of about studies they cannot join.

Ridgeline tells each applicant about one study that fits and how to reach the research site running it. The applicant makes the call; we never send their details to the site.

We employ six people in Cheyenne, Wyoming. None of us is a clinician.

Scope

What we do, and what we do not

We do

Track which studies are open
We maintain a working list of studies recruiting in the United States and check it weekly against registry updates and direct contact with sites.
Compare your answers against published criteria
A clerical comparison, not a clinical assessment. Diagnosis, age range, current medication, distance from the site.
Tell you which site to contact
Chosen by fit and travel distance, with the site's contact details. We tell you when nothing matches, too.

We do not

Conduct research or provide care
We run no studies, employ no physicians, and operate no clinical facility. We cannot answer a medical question and will not try.
Sell, rent, or broker your information
Your details stay with Ridgeline. Never to a research site, a lead exchange, an advertiser or a marketing affiliate.
Sell products of any kind
No supplements, no vitamins, no devices, and no wellness programs. Clinical trial information is the only thing we do.
Who does the work

The people you will actually deal with

Alana Whitfield leads participant recruitment and is the person who answers most calls. She spent eight years coordinating trials at site level before moving to this side of research, which is why the intake asks what it asks.

Two coordinators work with her. Between them they handle every application, and one of them is the person who will call you.

Ridgeline Clinical Research is a brand of Prospect Digital LLC, registered in Wyoming. We are not an IRB, we are not a CRO, and we are not affiliated with any government agency or trial registry.

Studies open and close week by week. A text is the quickest way to hear about one while it is still recruiting.
