1. Use of the Site

You may use this site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not attempt to interfere with the proper working of the site, access systems or data you are not entitled to, or collect content from it by automated means.

Ridgeline Clinical Research is a clinical trial information service in the United States. We do not conduct trials, provide medical care, or sell any product. You must be 18 or over to submit information, and only about yourself.

2. Accounts & Security

This site has no accounts and no logins. There is nothing to register for and no password to protect.

When you submit an intake form we email you an acknowledgment with a reference. Anyone holding that reference can ask us about the application, so treat it as you would any other private detail.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — text, graphics, logos, images, and code — is owned by Ridgeline Clinical Research or its licensors and protected by intellectual property law.

You may read, print, and share pages for your own use. You may not copy, modify or distribute the material commercially without our prior written permission.

4. User Content

This site does not accept reviews, comments, uploads, or public postings, so there is no user content and no license for us to ask for.

The only thing you submit is your intake form, and that is governed by our Privacy policy, not by this section. It goes to one research site and nowhere else.

5. SMS Text Messaging

Program description

By submitting your mobile number and ticking the consent box, you consent to receive recurring automated text messages from Ridgeline Clinical Research. Messages may include updates about your application and notice of study areas that open after it. They are marketing messages sent directly by Ridgeline Clinical Research, and a text never enrolls you in a study.

How users opt in

Users opt in via web form, by ticking an unticked box and submitting their own mobile number. We do not accept numbers obtained anywhere else.

Message frequency

Subscribers will receive recurring messages. Message frequency varies. Messages are sent from an automated service. Participation is not required in order to apply to, or take part in, any study.

Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply. Rates are set by your carrier according to your own mobile plan. Ridgeline charges nothing for this program.

Opting out

To stop receiving messages at any time, reply STOP to any message. You will receive one message confirming your opt out and nothing after it.

6. Service Availability

We aim to keep the site available without interruption, but we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of it at any time.

Study listings change without notice to us. We do not warrant that they are complete or current at any given moment, or that a match will be found for you.

7. Analytics and Tracking

We use only the cookies needed to make the site work and to count page views in aggregate. We do not run advertising cookies or third-party trackers that follow you to other sites.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ridgeline shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, this site or the service.

Nothing here limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
