We cannot answer medical questions
Nobody at Ridgeline is a clinician. We cannot tell you whether a treatment is right for you, interpret a test result, or advise you to start, stop or change any medication. Those questions belong with your own doctor.
If your symptoms are urgent, call 911 or go to an emergency department. Do not wait for a reply from us.
Before you write
Three things we get asked by email every week
- “Can you tell me if I qualify?”
- Not over email, and not by us. Final eligibility is decided by the research site after a screening visit. The intake form is the fastest way to find out whether it is worth booking one.
- “Please delete my information.”
- Write from the address you applied with, or call. We confirm in writing once it is done, usually within two business days.
- “Stop texting me.”
- Reply STOP to any message and it ends immediately. You can also call or email and we will do it at our end. See the SMS terms for what each keyword does.
- “Who is running the study?”
- When a study fits, we tell you the site and the sponsor, and how to contact them. If you have already applied, quote the reference in your acknowledgment email.
