1. Program disclosure

Program name

Ridgeline Clinical Research Study Alerts.

Program description

Ridgeline Clinical Research sends recurring automated marketing text messages directly to people who opt in on ridgelinecr.com: notice of studies opening in their area, and updates about an application they have already made. Every message is sent by Ridgeline and starts with [Ridgeline]. We do not message anyone who has not asked us to.

Not a referral service

Ridgeline does not refer or hand anyone to a study. Your number, your consent and your answers stay with us; no research site, sponsor or other company receives them, and no one else sends messages under this program. Each text about a study is there to inform you. It does not enroll you, and if you want to take part you contact the research site yourself.

Sample messages

The study examples are invented.

2. How to join

Tick the consent box on this site and submit your mobile number. Consent is never pre-ticked, and it is never a condition of applying to or taking part in any study.

Messages are recurring automated text messages. This is stated on every form that asks for your number, and it is what you are agreeing to when you tick the box.

You will receive one message confirming that you are subscribed. If you did not ask for it, reply STOP and nothing further is sent.

3. Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies with what is happening in your application and in your study areas. In practice most subscribers receive between two and six messages a month. There is no fixed schedule and we do not send filler.

Message and data rates may apply, charged by your mobile carrier at your own plan rate. Ridgeline charges nothing for this program.

4. Keywords
